A Little Bit of What You Fancy.

We woke to a cooler, greyer, showery day.
The sort of day
you want to stay indoors
and take it easy.

Doing a little bit of what you fancy.

Turn this...

Into this...

Hope yours was a good day,
whatever its colour.

Hello Lynne:
Yes, a much cooler day with us too with heavy showers throughout the day which kept us indoors. Sadly our day was not as productive as yours as we have no cake to show for it. Which is rather a pity as yours looks positively delicious and full of good things. A slice right now would not go amiss!

That looks scrumptious! And crochet too ... I'm beginning to feel as if everyone can crochet but me! Hugs to the hounds x

Is this Arthur guarding the staircase? He looks so comfortable! That fruit/nut bread looks so good and would taste wonderful with hot tea! I'm like Annie (comment above) - seems like everyone can crochet and it would be a great hobby for just such a day as you are enjoying!

Yum ! Yes I think that everyone can crochet except me too ( I did try ! ) Also I can't bake cakes and leave that to my daughter who can.

Looks like a good day to me!
And, hooray, I know my comment will go through, as you have other options, not just the Google Account one!!

Hi Lynne
It's hot here but we got so much done before the family arrive. Thank you I think my back is finally getting better & I bought Dillon a harness... which he hates !

That looks like a wonderful bread/cake.
The picture of the hound on the stairs is the epitome of comfort!
Someday I must learn to crochet again.

The cake looks scrummy and the crochet... is it a flower motif? I wonder what's on the horizon?
