Colour

Amazingly,
yesterday,
the only flowers I could see in our garden,
or anywhere were snowdrops.

Today,
Mike told me there were some daffodils in our garden.
And sure enough,
there was one,
and a whole little lot of crocuses.

But when I tried to switch on the camera,
it did not work.
I think the switch on the battery charger somehow got moved to disharge,
so they were lifeless.

Not to worry,
I have made a mosaic
of some spring flowers that have been in the house
at some time over the past few weeks.
So to celebrate the arrival of March,
a little colour.

It's a pity the camera wasn't working,
because later on,
when we walked the dogs in the woods,
we could see just what the wind got up to yesterday.
Did I tell you we had gale force winds?
Maybe I'll go back with my camera tomorrow
just so I can show you.
Till then......

Such a colorful mosaic Lynne. Please take some photos when you and Mike go out walking with the pups tomorrow. I love to "go along" on your walks!

Beautiful mosaic! Isn't it great when you see the first flower? I've been checking my bulbs every day and there are a couple ones ready to bloom!

Beautiful collage! So spring like! Love it!
Ah yes, you are effected by the terrible storm that parts of Europe are experiencing. How awful...So sorry.
The weather is all odd this winter everywhere.
Have a lovely Tuesday,

beautiful spring flowers.

We didn't get the expected gales so when my mother in law rang to commiserate what awful weather she'd seen on the forecast for us -I didn't know what she was talking about !
It is glorious today & was yesterday & I'll be out in it this afternoon with Dillon.
